helium creative earns top industry awards for developing luxury condo brand campaign
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. [April 10, 2017] – The creative agency behind the fully immersive branding campaign for VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique oceanfront condominium currently under construction in the heart of the Palm Beaches, proudly announces that it has received three prestigious awards for its creative campaign and design for the project – including a 2017 Gold “ADDY” in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category from the American Advertising Federation, Greater Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches chapter; a Platinum Muse Creative Award for the development’s brand, brochure and website; and a Gold Hermes Creative Award.
Selected by developer Third Palm Capital, helium creative – a Fort Lauderdale-based brand development and design studio – joined the project team in August 2016, when it was tasked with developing VistaBlue Singer Island’s brand and teaser campaign, including a new logo system and stationery, teaser website and brochure, email marketing campaign, print and digital advertising campaign, construction site and sales center signage and billboard designs.

The ADDYs are among the world’s largest, most comprehensive advertising competitions, attracting nearly 40,000 professional entries each year nationally. They honor excellence in advertising and the highest creative standards in the industry.
Muse Creative Awards is an international competition that recognizes innovative professionals and their creative campaigns and designs. The Platinum Muse Creative Award is the highest honor given in the competition.
Hermes Creative Awards is one of the largest competitions of its kind, with winners ranging in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies. The awards recognize PR agencies, graphic designers, marketing companies, advertising agencies, digital creators, and even freelancers.

For the VistaBlue Singer Island branding campaign, VistaBlue used a sophisticated image and color scheme, including shades of deep navy blue shades combined with a cool teal to reflect the ultimate beach lifestyle, and the property’s expansive views of the water and sky.
Designed by architect GliddenSpina and award-winning design firm Interiors by Steven G., VistaBlue Singer Island is a 19-story condominium with 58 spacious residences priced from $1.4 million to nearly $8 million for penthouse residences. In just the past five months, the sales team has placed $53 million under contract at the luxurious property.
