With an extensive professional background in Psychology, Sandler utilizes her experience as a mental health counselor and Meyers Briggs certified life, wellness, business and nutritional coach; along with certifications in mindful practices and holistic methodology. During a retreat, these combined therapeutic approaches work in tandem with luxury services to facilitate personal breakthroughs and genuine self-awareness.

Known for her straight-forward approach and sincerity, Sandler challenges clients while also relating to their struggle. Her own battle toward success has paved a desire to help others with their climb. Paralyzed at 17, Sandler willed herself to walk, amongst other life obstacles surrounding trauma, self-acceptance, addiction and mental health. Sandler connects with clients through understanding, compassion and experience.
