A privately owned island off Key West, we were enlisted to conceptualize this property as a barefoot luxury haven for families to escape. Formerly known as Coupon Cay, we built a brand upon the history of the family who spent decades using it as a retreat for gatherings, while focusing on an exclusive lifestyle with high-end design and architecture mixed with the casual charm of Key West.

Objective

Formerly known as Coupon Cay, we built a brand upon the history of the family who spent decades using it as a retreat for gatherings, while focusing on an exclusive lifestyle with high-end design and architecture mixed with the casual charm of Key West.


The brand visual communication and design will follow a similar type of luxury found on the island - a blend of organic and contemporary. Natural elements, colors and textures are mixed with clean, modern design. Typography, graphic elements, textures that pay homage to the feel of heritage and history, but are juxtaposed with high-end treatments, simplicity and sophistication.
The Heritage Cay color palette is inspired by the island. It captures both the vibrancy of sea life and muted surfaces of natural materials. A sophisticated palette to communicate heritage and connection with the environment.
The brand book outlines all style guides, messaging, and full brand experience. From logo usage, typographic treatment, and color, to brand story, collateral application, and photography guidelines.
The brand statements are written to embody the foundation of the brand, as well as create a starting point for future messaging.
