Our guest can be a wide variety of individuals, as its purpose is to provide space for restoration of the mind, body and spirit. The core customer, however, is male or female between the ages of 30 – 65 who is financially comfortable with a minimum annual household income of 200K+. Our customer understands luxury, is familiar with 5-star hospitality accommodations and the personalized detailed experiences that go with it. They believe in self-care and understand the value of a holistic lifestyle. They participate in some form of regular wellness activity - whether yoga, personal training or meditation. While not overly strict with diet, they generally eat health-conscious, balanced meals.

Our customer doesn’t think twice about visiting the Exumas for a getaway, and looks forward to incorporating the spa as part of their experience. They may visit Gaulin Cay more than once in a single vacation and be willing to join an ongoing exclusive membership.
