Objective
We worked with Innisfree Hotels to envision the concept of a large-scale development project on Pensacola Beach, Florida. Reimagining an existing property, along with a new boutique hotel and residence, cafe, lounge, and restaurant, we created The Sands Resort Collection. Building something more than just hotels and dining experiences, we proposed a master brand that spoke to each property and activation under within its collection. The result is a multifaceted hospitality experience unlike anything in Pensacola Beach.

The brand evokes a timeless destination inspired by the natural environment. The balance between an elevated hospitality experience with the charm of a boutique resort steeped in the authenticity of Pensacola Beach.
The brand book is created to set a clear standard in how to maintain key characteristics of the brand for future materials. This includes messaging, logo usage, application, photography and more.
The Sands Resort Collection is composed of a boutique hotel and residence, a secondary hotel, cafe lounge, oceanview bar lounge, and signature dining venue. We created the vision for each venue, along with naming, identity, and full experience.
