Located within Puerto Rico’s rapidly evolving new cultural epicenter, Distrito T-Mobile, our studio was engaged to develop the brand and name for its first residence. Also a Marriott property with an adjacent hotel, we created a narrative that speaks to this vibrant and progressive lifestyle, while steeped in the culture of Puerto Rico. The result is a distinctive brand experience with an identity system, website, and collateral that connects with its namesake of Distrito while forging an elevated lifestyle for its residents.
