VistaBlue Singer Island Recognized for Innovative Branding Campaign

helium creative earns top industry awards for developing luxury condo brand campaign

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. [April 10, 2017] – The creative agency behind the fully immersive branding campaign for VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique oceanfront condominium currently under construction in the heart of the Palm Beaches, proudly announces that it has received three prestigious awards for its creative campaign and design for the project – including a 2017 Gold “ADDY” in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category from the American Advertising Federation, Greater Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches chapter; a Platinum Muse Creative Award for the development’s brand, brochure and website; and a Gold Hermes Creative Award.

Selected by developer Third Palm Capital, helium creative – a Fort Lauderdale-based brand development and design studio – joined the project team in August 2016, when it was tasked with developing VistaBlue Singer Island’s brand and teaser campaign, including a new logo system and stationery, teaser website and brochure, email marketing campaign, print and digital advertising campaign, construction site and sales center signage and billboard designs.

branding + interiors // quite the design duo

With helium creative being the go-to brand development + design studio for luxury condominium real estate projects, it’s important for us to take interior design into consideration when creating the brand experience. The process usually depends on what stage we enter the real estate project.

With Bijou Bay Harbor, we were involved with the project from the very beginning – coming on board at the same time as the interior designer, Adriana Hoyos. We created the brand mood board, logo + colors, and presented them to the developer and interior design team. They loved our direction and incorporated many brand elements into the sales center design.
