New Client Introduction // Guy Harvey Outpost Club & Resort Collection

We recently started working on a new lifestyle real estate project nestled under the larger Guy Harvey brand. For us outdoor lovers, the world-renowned conservation advocate, marine scientist and acclaimed marine artist, Dr. Guy Harvey, is pretty much a legend.

The project known as the Guy Harvey Outpost Club & Resort Collection explores outdoor living from a unique luxury perspective through a collection of five-star RV resorts that will include top-notch RV lots + full clubhouse amenities + resort cottages. What a cool concept!

An Inspired Staycation // 1 Hotel South Beach

Back in October, the helium team took a field trip to wonderland. What is wonderland, you ask? Just a little place known as 1 Hotel South Beach.

We recently started working with 1 Hotel South Beach on a few branding projects that will be unveiled later this year. In order to truly understand what the customer would experience, we wanted to spend a day + a night walking in their shoes. So planned a weekend where all 4 of us would head down to South Beach and live the SoBe life.

New Client Introduction // VistaBlue Singer Island

In July 2016 we were referred to the development team at VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique luxury real estate project right on the water and already under construction, to tackle their branding needs. The task at hand was to take their existing marketing collateral and elevate them to match the caliber of their location minutes away from Palm Beach, Florida.

In evaluating the existing VistaBlue brand [website, sales gallery signage, renderings, stationery, brochure + logo] we decided a full overhaul was needed to truly communicate the uniqueness of the project and all it has to offer.

bijou bay harbor brand development // a case study

Executive Summary
Renowned Colombian real estate developer, Ability by Acierto, enlisted helium creative to develop the full brand experience + marketing campaign for their new boutique condominium residence on the Bay Harbor Islands in Miami, a burgeoning hotspot in the real estate market. The neighborhood and sophistication of where the property lies inspired the initial design aesthetic for Bijou. The island lifestyle and casual elegance of life on the bay drove the essential inspiration and storyline for this luxury property. With 60% of available units sold prior to construction, the island-chic Bijou Bay Harbor brand experience is one that has connected with an affluent real estate buyer in the Miami condominium market.

branding paradise // launch event, marketing collateral + website development

Recently, the helium team took a road trip down to Islamorada for the Parmelee Key broker launch event. If you haven’t been following along, Parmelee Key is a full brand development project we’ve been working on. A development of 10 private, exclusive estate lots on 40 acres on Islamorada in the Florida Keys that we can’t wait to see come to fruition. We blogged about the brand development process a few weeks back.

The broker event was held under a tent amidst palm trees at the water’s edge on a warm, balmy evening.
