helium creative // featured in the sun sentinel

helium is in the news! We’re honored to be featured in a recent issue of the Sun Sentinel. We usually feel shy and don’t toot our own horn, but seeing our name pop up on such a big platform as the Sun Sentinel makes us take a moment to really evaluate the impact of our work. It’s a testament to the value we bring our clients through our tested brand development + design process, all while absolutely loving what we do for each and every project.

bijou bay harbor brand development // a case study

In previous posts we’ve explored how we conceptualized Bijou Bay Harbor’s identity + website, but now we’re sharing the whole story. A complete case study to show how a well-positioned brand for a luxury real estate project can directly impact the sales effort in a competitive marketplace. Read up + let us know what you think!

Executive Summary
Renowned Colombian real estate developer, Ability by Acierto, enlisted helium creative to develop the full brand experience + marketing campaign for their new boutique condominium residence on the Bay Harbor Islands in Miami, a burgeoning hotspot in the real estate market. The neighborhood and sophistication of where the property lies inspired the initial design aesthetic for Bijou. The island lifestyle and casual elegance of life on the bay drove the essential inspiration and storyline for this luxury property. With 60% of available units sold prior to construction, the island-chic Bijou Bay Harbor brand experience is one that has connected with an affluent real estate buyer in the Miami condominium market.

branding + interiors // quite the design duo

With helium creative being the go-to brand development + design studio for luxury condominium real estate projects, it’s important for us to take interior design into consideration when creating the brand experience. The process usually depends on what stage we enter the real estate project.

With Bijou Bay Harbor, we were involved with the project from the very beginning – coming on board at the same time as the interior designer, Adriana Hoyos. We created the brand mood board, logo + colors, and presented them to the developer and interior design team. They loved our direction and incorporated many brand elements into the sales center design.
