Top Honors From The ADDY Awards

For the third year in a row, the entire helium creative team was incredibly proud to receive the Best in Show Award from the 2020 ADDY Awards from the Ft. Lauderdale-West Palm Beach chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). This year, it was our work on 57 Ocean – an ultra-luxury beachfront residential property located on Miami Beach’s prestigious Millionaire’s Row.

helium created award-winning video and web components for this high-end campaign, but it was the 57 Ocean neighborhood brochure [ahem, print is not dead] that took home the top award of the entire event.


A bold, contemporary new future that is still in touch with the glitter of its storied past – this was the direction we brought to life across this printed piece that highlights the property’s surrounding neighborhood. Commentary from historians, archival photos, modern-day imagery, and drone photography all came together in a comprehensive guide of restaurants, culture, nightlife, and more. Using several sheets of specialty textured paper by Mohawk, we created two companion books for 57 Ocean: The Wellness Guide and The Neighborhood Brochure. Thanks to Bellak for printing these brochures. The end pieces are thoughtful, tactile and sophisticated.

14 ADDY Awards to Celebrate Our 14th Year

The helium team attended The American Advertising Awards [ADDYs] this past March 8th and we are proud to announce our accomplishments! All 14 of them! A huge thanks to our amazing clients, design team, web team + our trusted partners for their collective hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. Such an honor to have been recognized for our immersive brand experiences with 14 ADDYs on our 14th year anniversary.

VistaBlue Singer Island Recognized for Innovative Branding Campaign

helium creative earns top industry awards for developing luxury condo brand campaign

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. [April 10, 2017] – The creative agency behind the fully immersive branding campaign for VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique oceanfront condominium currently under construction in the heart of the Palm Beaches, proudly announces that it has received three prestigious awards for its creative campaign and design for the project – including a 2017 Gold “ADDY” in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category from the American Advertising Federation, Greater Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches chapter; a Platinum Muse Creative Award for the development’s brand, brochure and website; and a Gold Hermes Creative Award.

Selected by developer Third Palm Capital, helium creative – a Fort Lauderdale-based brand development and design studio – joined the project team in August 2016, when it was tasked with developing VistaBlue Singer Island’s brand and teaser campaign, including a new logo system and stationery, teaser website and brochure, email marketing campaign, print and digital advertising campaign, construction site and sales center signage and billboard designs.

helium goes to The ADDYs

The helium team attended The American Advertising Awards and we are proud to announce we walked away with 5 Gold and 2 Silver ADDY Awards for our work over the past year. We always put our best foot forward, but it’s awesome to be recognized for our efforts!

Since receiving the award, we’ve completed their final brand identity, stationery suite, sales/pitch book, and e-commerce website. Stay tuned for the official launch of the Backpacks.com brand later this year!

For The Ocean Resort Residences, a luxury resort-style real estate project in Fort Lauderdale Beach, we won two Gold ADDYs for our work on their website and sales brochure.






Our goal was to continue to represent The Ocean Resort Residences consistently across all  points of contact, both online and in print, as a premier luxury hospitality brand. See more of what was created for The Ocean here.

EDSA is one of the leading global landscape architecture firms and we are proud to design their yearly magazine, Design Matters, along with some of their other marketing collateral. The 2015 issue of Design Matters won a Gold ADDY for our work designing the magazine from cover to cover.

For commercial real estate firm, Terranova, our work revamping their website to match their successful brand got us a Silver ADDY. The fully responsive website design has been a complete hit!


There’s nothing better than winning in Las Vegas. Real estate development project Veer Towers, located right on The Las Vegas Strip, asked us to design a new marketing campaign for Fall 2015 and it won us a Silver ADDY in the Cross Platform Integrated Campaign category.
