Elysee Miami, a luxury boutique residential tower like no other in Miami, came to helium in need of a digital campaign representative of the building’s impeccable design. Having an existing brand identity + website, the challenge was to create similar messaging while elevating the level of sophistication with helium’s design aesthetic. We were up for the challenge and excited to work with this development project designed by famed architecture firm Arquitectonica and renowned French interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot.
The final products are impactful marketing pieces that speak to brokers + consumers in the luxury Miami real estate market while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Taking a look at the existing brand, we carefully chose certain design elements that allowed us the flexibility to take the Elysee marketing collateral into a new direction that still resonated with what the public had already seen. Elysee’s existing lifestyle imagery was a great starting point for understanding their core buyer and the intended ‘life at Elysee Miami’.
Originally, Elysee engaged us for email marketing services. Being able to reach out to the inbox of thousands of brokers + buyers with a unified, strong message for the development project was a must-do on the list of goals. Happy with our work, Elysee also asked us to design a travel brochure as a strong marketing tool to attract broker + buyer attention when traveling abroad.
