We are super excited to announce our latest real estate branding project, Bijou Bay Harbor, has opened the doors to their sales center! The island-themed grand opening event was a great success, complete with illuminated paddle boards, island inspired food + cocktails and, of course, reggae music. Interior design firm Adriana Hoyos Furnishings did an amazing job on capturing the feel of Paradise Found with the finishes and interior design of the sales center. A neutral color palette with gold accents serves as the perfect backdrop for the signage and marketing collateral we created.

Ivy covers the building exterior enshrouding the gold Bijou signage in tropical greenery.

An oversized light box featuring the area map and a tropical wall graphic with logo signage flank the entryway creating the initial brand impression as visitors enter.

Flat screen TVs showcasing brand imagery add to the overall branded experience of the sales center.
