We were thrilled when Bijou Bay Harbor enlisted us to develop the full branding for their new boutique condo residence on Bay Harbor Island in Miami, a burgeoning hotspot in the real estate market. The challenge of differentiating Bijou through visual storytelling to captivate and motivate potential buyers to invest in the property is something we thrive on and gets our creative juices flowing.
The initial design aesthetic for Bijou was to incorporate the neighborhood and sophistication of where the property lies–right on the islands of Bay Harbor, Miami. The island-living lifestyle, and casual elegance of being on the bay coined the essential inspiration and storyline for this luxury property. This waterfront oasis called for an identity that entitled just that. Effortless, hand-painted brushstrokes develops the direction where the use of Bodoni and its letterforms meet.

A pastel inspired palette is paired with island-style greenery and white linen, a neutral yet rich gold, and a contrasting charcoal grey as an accent.
The combination between the thin and thick lines of Bodoni’s Book + Italic and the refined feel of Avenir were selected to coincide with the hand-lettered accents that represent island-living at Bijou.
Gold-foiled finishes and linen-inspired textures bring the brand to life in conjunction to the mood seen in the photography and other printed material.
At this stage for Bijou, an effortless, hand painted, sophisticated mark conveys the luxurious brand image on a full stationery package, sales collateral, pull-up banners, email-marketing campaigns, and teaser website. We can’t wait to see this intimate, modern oasis come to life on Bay Harbor Island.
