GENERATE A fully integrated action plan is created.
EXCHANGE The plan is shared and discussed with the client. Feedback is highly encouraged. Necessary adjustments are made.
IMPLEMENT The team executes the plan with a perfect balance of tenacity and flexibility to not only adapt to, but foresee glitches, market shifts, etc.
REVIEW The team meets with the client regularly to celebrate the successes and analyze the disappointments [if any].
