VistaBlue Singer Island
Singer Island's New Luxury Residence
In 2016 we were referred to the development team at VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique luxury real estate project right on the water and already under construction, to tackle their branding needs. The task at hand was to take the existing marketing collateral and elevate it to match the caliber of their location in the Palm Beaches.
Only a few months later, the re-launched VistaBlue brand, teaser + launch campaigns are now a Gold ADDY Award + Platinum Muse Creative Award-winning fully immersive brand experience, and our work has been a key asset to the sales team in reaching $53 million in sales + 21 residences sold in the 4 months since the campaign launched [about 1/3 of the building].
In evaluating the existing VistaBlue brand [website, sales gallery signage, renderings, stationery, brochure + logo] we decided a full overhaul was needed to truly communicate the uniqueness of the project and all it has to offer.
The mooadboard was inspired by the island amenities and natural colors + textures found in the Singer Island environment.
The VistaBlue Singer Island logo also got a facelift by using a stylized serif font that speaks of casual elegance.
We gave the brand a more sophisticated look and brought it all to life by pairing a deep navy blue with a cool teal to play homage to the sunny days and balmy nights future residents will spend on this beach property.
By mixing two patterns [a watercolor and leaves] we created a new pattern that we applied to the VistaBlue business cards, teaser brochure, teaser website, eblasts + other branded collateral. We also took the helium drone out to start capturing aerial stills + video that was used for the renderings and throughout the teaser + launch campaign.
For the full brochure, thick, uncoated paper stock with a cotton-like feel and debossed leaves were designed to speak to buyers about the craftsmanship put into the building itself. To help drive the message home on all platforms, we conceptualized a multi-media full website, a retina-optimized email marketing campaign, a 3-piece direct mail campaign, a digital + print advertising campaign, and paired it all with a captivating scale model + sales center signage to create the ultimate Sales Gallery experience.
