Luxury Condominium Country Club Living

Meet Akoya Boca West, a luxury condominium project located on the grounds of the #1 Private Residential Country Club in the Nation. Akoya became a first for helium – developing the brand and marketing campaign for a real estate development project nestled among neatly manicured golf courses, championship tennis courts, and multimillion dollar clubhouses. We’ve done beach and we’ve done city, but now we conquered luxury country club living.

After sitting down with the developers + sales team for a good brainstorm session, our branding work began by evaluating the existing marketing material. What was working. What was not working. And what unique selling points needed to be highlighted for future residents.

For the visual inspiration that would dictate the rest of the brand look, we kept it classic with contrasted black + white photographs, delicate textures, and a country club-inspired color palette.

We gave the logo a more refined look that had a strong, yet sophisticated feel to represent the artistry behind the building’s design.

Directly inspired by the location and moodboard, the color palette highlights shimmering golds and pops of green + red that pay homage to the country club’s landscape.

Even before we started pushing pixels around or playing around with color on the computer, we took the drone out for a flight to capture aerial stills + video of Boca West Country Club. This helped us truly understand the Akoya buyer lifestyle. It really is like a playground for adults. We then turned some of those drone shots into stunning renderings that showcase the property and its amenities. We also coordinated a lifestyle photoshoot that highlighted a multi-generational family and a day-in-the-life of an Akoya resident and an architectural photoshoot of the newly unveiled $50 million clubhouse addition. All of these assets helped us tell the Akoya story through the 2 main marketing pieces for the launch of the teaser campaign: a 6x9 inch, accordion rack brochure and a robust splash page.
